Ingredients
- 100g pasta
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 inch piece of ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring a medium pot of salted water to a boil on the stovetop.
- Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 7-8 minutes.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
