  3. Add ground turkey to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it into small pieces until browned and cooked through.
  4. Stir in the spinach, cooking until wilted, about 2 minutes.
  5. Incorporate the lemon juice, mixed herbs, and sliced jalapeño, stirring well.
