  2. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.
  4. Warm the tortillas on the grill or in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds per side until pliable.
  5. In a large bowl, toss the chopped romaine, Caesar dressing, and half of the Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  6. Place a layer of the romaine mixture on each tortilla, followed by sliced chicken, cherry tomatoes, croutons (if using), and the remaining Parmesan cheese.
  7. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap.
  8. Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately.
