- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 inch Ginger (grated)
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 medium Tomato (chopped)
- 1/2 Onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
Instructions
- Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions; should take around 4 minutes for quick-cooking varieties.
- While pasta cooks, heat butter in a pan on medium-high heat.
- Add grated ginger and minced garlic to the butter, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add chopped onion and cook for an additional minute until slightly translucent.
- Stir in chopped tomato and black pepper, cooking just until tomato softens slightly, about 1 minute.
- Drain cooked pasta and add to the pan, tossing with the sauce until well coated.
