  1. In a large bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt. Add paneer cubes, mix well to coat, and marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  2. Preheat the grill or oven to 200°C (392°F). Thread the marinated paneer cubes onto skewers and grill for 10-12 minutes until golden, turning occasionally.
  3. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and allow them to sizzle.
  4. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Stir in tomato puree, tomato paste, coriander powder, paprika, and cook until the oil starts to separate from the sauce.
  5. Add grilled paneer to the pan, stirring to coat well with the sauce.
  6. Reduce the heat to low and stir in heavy cream. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle kasuri methi and chopped cilantro over the top before serving.
  8. Serve hot with naan or basmati rice.
