Ingredients
- 200g chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 100g cheese (cheddar or mozzarella), grated
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt to taste
- Optional: Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add butter to the skillet and let it melt.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the diced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 7 minutes.
- Stir in the diced tomato and cooked rice. Season with salt.
- Cook for another 3 minutes until the tomato is softened and the mixture is heated through.
- Sprinkle grated cheese over the top of the mixture.
