  1. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, and salt to form a marinade.
  2. Add paneer cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a grill pan and lightly oil it. Grill the marinated paneer cubes until golden on all sides. Set aside.
  4. In a large pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  5. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  6. Pour in the tomato puree and cook until the oil starts to separate.
  7. Add coriander powder, salt, and water as necessary, and cook until the mixture thickens slightly.
  8. Add the grilled paneer cubes and mix gently.
  9. Stir in the fresh cream and kasuri methi. Cook for another 5 minutes on low heat.
  10. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
