Thai Basil Chicken (Pad Krapow Gai)

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Thai bird chilies, thinly sliced
- 500g minced chicken
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 4 servings cooked jasmine rice
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sliced chilies, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the minced chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Pour over the chicken, stirring to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Toss in the fresh basil leaves and stir until wilted.
- Serve immediately with steamed jasmine rice, garnished with lime wedges.
