Ingredients
- 2 packs of Maggie noodles
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
Instructions
- Boil the Maggie noodles in a pot of water until cooked, then drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and a pinch of salt.
- Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat and sauté the onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
- Add the chopped tomato to the pan and cook until soft.
- Stir in the cooked noodles and grated cheese, mixing well.
- Pour the egg mixture over the noodle mixture, swirling to coat evenly.
- Cover the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted.
- Serve the omelette hot, garnished with additional grated cheese if desired.
