Cheesy Garlic Maggi Fritters

Ingredients
- 100g Maggi noodles
- 100g cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Water as needed
- Oil for shallow frying
Instructions
- Boil the Maggi noodles in water as per package instructions without adding the spice mix. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped onion. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
- Mix in the cooked Maggi noodles and grated cheese. Stir until the cheese melts and combines well with the noodles.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then let the mixture cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled noodle mixture with all-purpose flour. Add a little water if necessary to bind the mixture.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat for shallow frying.
- Form the noodle mixture into small fritters and fry them in batches until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
