  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the diced chicken, season with salt, black pepper, and mixed herbs, and cook until the chicken pieces are golden brown.
  5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, add butter and let it melt. Add the diced potatoes and grated carrot, cooking for about 5 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and stir well.
  8. Return the chicken to the skillet, stir in the diced tomato, and add lemon juice and honey.
  9. Stir in the milk and grated cheese, mixing until the cheese is melted and all ingredients are well combined.
  10. Season to taste with additional salt and pepper if needed.
  11. Serve hot, garnished with a sprinkle of fresh herbs if desired.
