- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup croutons (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.
- Warm the tortillas on the grill or in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds per side until pliable.
- In a large bowl, toss the chopped romaine, Caesar dressing, and half of the Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Place a layer of the romaine mixture on each tortilla, followed by sliced chicken, cherry tomatoes, croutons (if using), and the remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately.
