Ingredients
- 200g pork, thinly sliced
- 150g noodles, cooked
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon seasoning granules
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced pork to the pan and sprinkle with salt and seasoning granules. Stir-fry until the pork is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the pork from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, heat the remaining vegetable oil. Add the cooked noodles and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes.
- Return the pork to the pan with the noodles. Stir in the oyster sauce, chili sauce, and soy sauce, and combine evenly with the pork and noodles.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes to heat through and allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve hot, evenly dividing between two plates.
