  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, garam masala, ground cumin, ground coriander, chili powder, and salt.
  2. Add the paneer cubes to this marinade, ensuring they are well-coated, and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the marinated paneer and cook until golden on all sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add the remaining oil and sauté the chopped onions until they turn golden brown.
  5. Add the sliced green chilies and the tomato puree. Cook until the tomato puree thickens and releases oil from the sides.
  6. Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream. Add the cooked paneer and dried fenugreek leaves.
  7. Simmer for 5-10 minutes until the paneer is heated through and the flavors meld together.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
