- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 100g pasta, cooked
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
- Place a pan on the stove over medium heat and melt the butter.
- Add the sliced onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the diced tomato and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring often.
