Ingredients
- 1 pack Maggie noodles
- 50g high-quality mature cheddar cheese, grated
- 30g parmigiano-reggiano, grated
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1/4 teaspoon truffle oil
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Chives, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Boil water in a pressure cooker, add Maggie noodles, and cook slightly less than al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the milk and bring just to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and slowly incorporate the cheddar and parmigiano-reggiano, stirring until smooth.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed, and stir in the truffle oil.
