  1. Boil the Maggi noodles in water as per package instructions without adding the spice mix. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped onion. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
  4. Mix in the cooked Maggi noodles and grated cheese. Stir until the cheese melts and combines well with the noodles.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then let the mixture cool slightly.
  6. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled noodle mixture with all-purpose flour. Add a little water if necessary to bind the mixture.
  7. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat for shallow frying.
  8. Form the noodle mixture into small fritters and fry them in batches until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  9. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
