Ingredients
- 200g chicken breast, boneless and skinless, cut into strips
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 medium potato, peeled and cubed
- 120g pasta
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt, to taste
- Water, as needed
Instructions
- Season the chicken strips with salt.
- In a slow cooker, add butter and allow it to melt. Add garlic and onion and cook until they are fragrant.
- Add chicken strips into the slow cooker and cook until slightly golden.
- Stir in the chopped tomatoes and cubed potatoes.
- Pour in milk and one cup of water. Cover and let it simmer on high for 20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
- Add pasta, cream cheese, mayo, and honey to the mixture. Stir well.
- In a small bowl, whisk the egg and slowly add it to the slow cooker, stirring continuously.
- Cover and cook for an additional 20 minutes, or until the pasta is al dente.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt if needed.
