  2. Add minced garlic and sliced chilies, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the minced chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Pour over the chicken, stirring to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Toss in the fresh basil leaves and stir until wilted.
  6. Serve immediately with steamed jasmine rice, garnished with lime wedges.
